Cellular Mobile Device
 - Enhanced Service

Service Description
A cellular mobile phone is a long-range device used for voice or data communication over a wireless network. In addition to the standard voice function of a cellular phone, today's ‘smart’ phones support many additional services such as text messaging, email, access to the Internet, access to Google Apps and GPS.

ETS currently has contracts with Verizon, AT&T and Union Telephone for voice and/or data devices.

Customer Benefits
Cellular devices allow a customer to dial and receive telephone calls; with a smartphone customers can check email, calendar events, access Google Apps and access the internet over a cellular link while being mobile, as long as a cellular service is available to the device.

Customer Responsibilities
To request this service, please submit a Telecommunications Service Request via a Telesoft Work Order. The customer will need to identify the type of device needed, as well as the billing account information.
