Timothy Sheehan, Deputy Chief Information Officer
Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology spanning across public safety, education, public sector, private sector, and business owner. He has served the State of Wyoming for nearly twelve years starting as a Service Delivery Technician and later Supervisor. He served as the state's first Cloud Architect within the Office of Enterprise Architecture, manager of Field Service, Information Services Administrator and most recently Interim Chief Information Officer.
Donovan Alonzo, Administrator Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)
Donovan facilitates Business Services, Enterprise Planning and Design, and Learning and Communications for the Office of the CIO. With over 20 years of demonstrated leadership skills, Donovan has expertise working in the information technology, manufacturing, and government sectors. A Cheyenne, Wyoming native, Donovan enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
Justin Miller, Information Technology Administrator
Justin leads the Information Technology division responsible for systems, network, and application development. With over 16 years of experience in the public sector from school districts to local government, Justin looks forward to making a bigger impact at the state level. When out of the office, Justin enjoys skiing and hiking with his wife and son.
Drew Dilly, Chief Data Officer
Drew has over 20 years of leadership experience in technology and over ten years of experience with Wyoming State government. When not enjoying data, Drew likes to spend time with his family and take part in the great outdoor opportunities provided by our state.
Kirsten Anderson, Chief Financial Officer
Kirsten manages the Financial Services Section, which includes accounting, budgeting, and billing/receiving for chargeable services. Kirsten is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has worked in accounting and finance for over 20 years, beginning her career in the IT industry. Kirsten has held various leadership roles both in the professional and volunteer realm. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three wonderful kids.
Krissie Peterson, Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Krissie provides support for the OCIO, ETS Leadership, and ETS staff. Krissie manages all day-to-day administrative work and manages to keep all three sections organized. Krissie also finds time to coordinate and facilitate IT Governance meetings for the State.
