Jenny McCalla, Chief of Customer Service
Jenny has 24 years of experience in Wyoming state government and has been an IT leader for the last 14 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bellevue University with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Jenny currently leads the Customer Support Services team and is currently focused on delivering value to our customer agencies through customer engagement and the delivery of services. Jenny is a proud Wyoming native and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
