Jenny McCalla, Chief of Customer Service

Jenny earned her Bachelors in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University and has over 17 years of state government experience in the field of IT. For the past 10 years she has been in an IT management role interacting with ETS as a customer and I look forward to her unique perspective on how we can enhance our internal and external customer service.  Outside of work she enjoys spending her time with her husband and daughter.
