To request this service, customers should submit a ticket through the Customer Portal or by calling the ETS Service Desk at 307-777-5000 and provide:
Primary and secondary contact information.
Location.
Permission of access.
Any application documentation of known technical dependencies/interdependencies to other applications, files or databases migrating to Citrix, and valid billing codes.
